• Playing experience: Chuck Schumacher is a multifaceted trainer whose experience includes 34 years as a youth baseball coach/teacher including High School – 47 years as a martial arts practitioner/teacher and 12 years as a personal fitness trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). 
• Coaching experience: Chuck’s approach to baseball training is influenced by the martial arts model of learning to control the mind and mastering the movements of the body. Chuck is also the author of the book, How to Play Baseball: A Parent’s Role in Their Child’s Journey. 

• Playing experience: Played center field 4 years at Mira Costa High School, All Area Daily Breeze team. Played 2 years at El Camino College before transferring to UNLV. Finished up degree at Cal State LA.
• Coaching experience: Has been coaching travel baseball for 5 years, 3 with GBG South Bay.

• Playing experience: Ray won a Babe Ruth World Series and a High School CIF Championship. He received scholarships to play at D1, D2 and NAIA programs. Ray later signed with the Bloomfield Beavers of USPBL.
• Coaching experience: Since playing professional, Ray has been a lead Performance Coach at Beimel Elite Athletics. He also is a Baseball Coach at The Mater Dei High School.
